The Kawasaki ZXR 750R, also known as the ZX-R 750-L2-L3, was produced in 1994-95. It had a four-stroke, transverse four-cylinder, DOHC engine with 4 valves per cylinder and a capacity of 749 cc. The compression ratio was 10.8:1 and it had a wet sump lubrication system. The induction system consisted of four 38 mm Keihin CVKD carburettors and a ram air system with a single intake. It had a digital ignition system and an electric starter. The maximum power output was 118 hp at 10500 rpm and the maximum torque was 7.51 kgf-m at 9750 rpm. The clutch was a multi-plate wet hydraulic slipper clutch, and the transmission had six speeds. The frame was made of aluminum perimeter and the front suspension had 41mm upside-down forks with adjustable ride height and 13-way rebound. The rear suspension was a unit track monoshock with adjustable ride height, preload, and 4-way rebound.
