The Ariel W/NG 350 motorcycle was produced from 1940-44 with a total production of 35,540 units. It had a four-stroke single cylinder, OHV, 2-valve engine with a capacity of 348cc and a maximum power output of 12.7kW/17hp @ 5800rpm. The bike had a 4-speed transmission and chain final drive, along with a Grider front fork and a rigid, spring loaded saddle for suspension. The wheels were made of steel laced wire spokes with both front and rear rims measuring 3.25 x 19. The bike dimensions were 2130mm in length, 760mm in width and 1060mm in height. The dry weight was 169kg with a fuel capacity of 11.9L. The bike had a kick start with a 6V battery and used a dynamo coil ignition system with oil capacity of 2.3L.
