The Aprilia RC 125 was a motorcycle produced from 1977 to 1982. It was fitted with a single cylinder, two-stroke engine with a capacity of 125 cc and air cooling. The exhaust was a single pipe located under the seat and induction was by carburetor. The bike had a kick start and could produce a maximum power of 17.2 kW or 23 horsepower at 10,000 rpm. The transmission was six-speed and the final drive was a chain. The front suspension was a telescopic fork and the rear suspension was a swingarm with dual shocks featuring coil springs. Both the front and rear brakes were drum. The wheels were steel spoked with a 21-inch front tire and an 18-inch rear tire. The dry weight of the bike was 88 kg or 194 lbs. The Moto Morini 500GT was manufactured between 1977-82 and was equipped with a four-stroke, 72-degree V-Twin engine. It was belt-driven with a single cam and operated a pushrod, 2 valves per cylinder. The bike had a capacity of 478cc and a compression ratio of 11.2:1. The engine was cooled by air and had an electronic ignition and two 26mm Dell’Orto carburetors. The motorcycle had a maximum power output of 46hp at 7500rpm and could generate a maximum torque of 45 hp at 5100 rpm.
