Suzuki TS125 (1981-83)

The Suzuki TS125 was a two-stroke, single cylinder motorcycle produced between 1981 and 1983. It had a 123cc capacity engine with a bore x stroke of 56 x 50mm and a compression ratio of 6.6:1. The cooling system was air-cooled, and it had a CCI automatic lube lubrication system. Its Mikuni VM24SH carburetor provided fuel, while a Suzuki PEI ignition system began operations through a kick-start. A 6V, 4Ah battery and NGK B8ES or Nippon Denso W24ES spark plugs complemented its starting mechanism. It generated a maximum power of 10.4kW / 14 hp @ 7000 rpm and a maximum torque of 14.7 Nm / 1.5 kgf-m / 10.8 lb-ft @ 6000 rpm. The Suzuki TS125’s clutch was a wet, multi-plate type with a six-speed transmission system and a primary reduction of 3.562 (57/16). The rear drive was by chain, DAIDO #428D, 116 links, and had a final reduction of 3.066 (46/15). Its front suspension came with a telescopic fork and oil damping, while the rear suspension had swingarms, twin shocks, five adjustment positions, and oil damping.
