The Suzuki GS750L motorcycle was produced from 1979 to 1980 and had a four stroke, transverse four cylinder engine with a capacity of 748cc. It was air-cooled and had a compression ratio of 8.7:1. The bike had a wet sump lubrication system and four Mikuni VM26SS carburetors. It had a maximum power of 50.7 kW at 8500 rpm and maximum torque of 60 Nm at 8250 rpm. The transmission was a five-speed manual with a wet multi-plate clutch and a shaft final drive. The front suspension was 35mm Kayaba with anti-dive adjustable air pressure, and the rear suspension had dual shocks with adjustable preload and spring rebound damping.
