The Kawasaki VN 800 Vulcan Classic was produced from 1998 to 2001 and had a liquid-cooled four-stroke V-twin engine with a capacity of 805cc. It had a Keihin carburetor and a digital K-TRIC ignition system. The bike was capable of producing up to 56 horsepower and 64 Nm of torque. It had a five-speed manual transmission and a chain final drive. The front suspension was a hydraulic telescopic fork and the rear suspension was a Uni-Trak with 7-way cam-type preload adjuster.
