The Husqvarna WR 125 was a two-stroke, single-cylinder motorcycle produced from 2005 to 2007. Its engine had a capacity of 124.8cc and was liquid-cooled with a compression ratio of 8.8:1. The bike had a MIKUNI TMX 38 carburettor and digital ignition with kick start. It could produce a maximum power of 15 horsepower at 10500 rpm with a wet plate clutch and six-speed transmission. The frame was made of steel single tube cradle with a rear frame in light alloy. The bike had a Marzocchi “Upside-Down” telescopic hydraulic fork with advanced axle, compression and rebound stroke adjustment for the front suspension and a Sachs progressive “Soft Damp” type with single hydraulic shock absorber, spring preload adjustment, compression and rebound adjustment for the rear suspension. It had single disc brakes of 260mm for the front and 220mm for the rear with wheels of sizes 90/90 -21 for the front and 140/80 -18 for the rear. The wheelbase was 1465mm with a seat height of 970mm and ground clearance of 360mm. The dry weight of the bike was 99.5kg with a fuel capacity of 8.5 litres.
