Suzuki GSX-R 750 (2004)

The Suzuki GSX-R 750 K4 was a motorcycle released in 2004. It was equipped with a four-stroke, transverse four-cylinder, DOHC engine with 4 valves per cylinder, and had a capacity of 749cc. The bore and stroke were 72mm x 46mm and the compression ratio was 12.3:1. The engine was cooled by liquid and used synthetic, 10w/40 oil. The exhaust system was a 4-into-2-into-1 stainless-steel exhaust with a bolt-on aluminum muffler. The fuel was delivered via fuel injection with 46mm throttle bodies and ignition was digital DC-CDI. The bike had a maximum power of 145 hp at 12,800 rpm and a maximum torque of 86.3 Nm at 11,200 rpm. The clutch was wet and multiple discs and the transmission had 6 speeds with constant mesh. The final drive was a #525 chain that was O-ring sealed and 108 links. The frame was made of conventional twin-beam aluminum construction and the front suspension was an inverted Showa cartridge-type fork with 43mm inner tubes and fully adjustable damping and spring preload. The rear suspension was a Showa link-type, gas/oil damped, fully adjustable spring preload and compression damping, and 4-way adjustable rebound damping.
