Paton 500 (1968)

The Paton 500 (1968) motorcycle has a two cylinder, 4 stroke, twin shaft, DOHC engine with 4 valves per cylinder and a capacity of 498.8 cc. It has a bore and stroke of 73.5 x 57.5 mm, and is equipped with 2 Dell’Orto 40mm PHM carburetors and electronic ignition with variable advance. The wheels are respectively 1.85 x 18 and 2.15 x 18, with tyres sized at 90/90-18 for the front and 110/80-18 for the rear. It weighs 140 kg/309 lbs, and can reach a top speed of 240 km/h / 149 mph.
