The Moto Guzzi 1000SPIII was produced between 1988 and 1989. It has a four-stroke, 90-degree V-twin alloy engine with a capacity of 949 cc and a compression ratio of 9.5:1. The engine features two valves per cylinder, an all-plain bearing engine with two mains and split-shell big ends, and a one-piece forged crankshaft.
