The KTM 1290 Super Adventure S motorcycle, produced from 2017-18, is equipped with a four-stroke 75-degree V-twin cylinder engine with a capacity of 1301 cc. The engine features dual overhead camshafts, 4 valves per cylinder, a compression ratio of 13.1:1, forced oil lubrication, and Keihin electronic fuel injection with 52mm throttle bodies.
