The 1987 Kawasaki GPz 400R or ZX 400 is a four-stroke, transverse four-cylinder, DOHC motorbike with four valves per cylinder. It has a 399cc engine with a bore x stroke of 57 39mm and a cooling system that is liquid-cooled. The compression ratio of the bike is 11.5:1, and it is powered by 4x Keihin CVKD30 carburetors with CDI ignition.
