Buell 1190RR (2011)

The Buell 1190R was a motorcycle model produced in 2011. It had a four-stroke, 72 degrees V-twin engine with a capacity of 1190 cc and a compression ratio of 14.25:1. The engine had CNC-ported heads, titanium valves, a lightweight forged steel crankshaft, and a slipper-type forged alloy piston. The cooling system was liquid-cooled, and the bike had a IDS Technology DDFI 3 electronic fuel injection and engine management system for optimal performance. The bike had a 6-speed transmission with a chain final drive. The frame was made of light alloy large section beam with an integral fuel cell, and the subframe was made of a light alloy tubular material. The front suspension was provided by a Showa Race 43 mm inverted fork, and the rear suspension was a light alloy swingarm with a Showa Race damper. The bike had adjustable rake between 21 and 22.5 degrees and a wheelbase that could be adjusted between 1400 and 1460 mm. The front brake was a 387.5 mm semi-floating ISO multi-fin rotor with an 8-piston ZTL2.5 caliper, and the rear brake was a single 240 mm lightweight disc with a 2-piston caliper. The wheels were 6-spoke ZTL magnesium with a 3.50 x 17″ front wheel and a 6.00 x 17″ rear wheel. The bike had a dry weight of 163 kg and a fuel capacity of 17.4 L.
