Cagiva Elefant 125 (1987-88)

The Cagiva Elefant 125 motorcycle was produced between 1987-88 and had a two-stroke, single cylinder engine with a capacity of 125cc. It had a compression ratio of 12.9:1 and was powered by a single Dell’Orto premix carburetor. The ignition was electronic and the motorcycle had a kick start. It could generate a maximum power of 23.6 hp at 9100 rpm and a maximum torque of 1.8 kgf-m at 8000 rpm. The transmission had six speeds and the final drive was chain-driven. The front suspension consisted of telescopic forks while the rear suspension was a swinging arm with a single shock.
